Made specifically for you
Custom stickers are made-to-order using the artwork, crop, size, shape, material, finish, and quantity you select. Check every design and your shipping address before paying. Your on-screen preview is a guide, not a physical proof; colors and finish effects may look different in print. There is no separate proof approval step unless we arrange one with you.
Your artwork and permission to print
You must own your artwork or have permission to reproduce it, including any logos, photos, and other protected content. You give us permission to store, crop, reproduce, and print the artwork as needed to fulfill and support your order. You retain ownership. Do not submit copyrighted images, characters, logos, or other protected content without permission to reproduce them. We do not accept sexually explicit or NSFW imagery, racist or hateful content, harassment, graphic violence, or other harmful or unlawful imagery. We may decline artwork that violates these guidelines or that we do not have permission to print, and refund an unproduced order we decline.
Artwork quality
Upload PNG, JPG, or WebP files up to 10 MB, at least 300 × 300 pixels, and no more than 40 megapixels. Passing these limits does not guarantee print quality. We recommend 300 pixels per inch at your final sticker size, with extra resolution if you zoom or crop tightly. Blurry images, compression, tiny text, spelling mistakes, and low resolution can appear in the finished stickers.
We do not automatically redraw, sharpen, or correct your artwork. If we identify artwork that is unsuitable for production, we will contact you before printing to request a replacement or explain the issue. If a lower-quality file is printable and you choose to proceed after our warning, its disclosed limitations are not a print defect. If suitable artwork cannot be provided, you may cancel the unproduced order for a refund. A quality review is not a guarantee that we will detect every artwork issue.
Payment and ordering
The total shown at checkout includes your sticker selections and selected shipping service. An order enters fulfillment after payment is confirmed. Custom sticker purchases are one-time orders; only joining the Sticker Club creates a monthly subscription. If a pricing or availability error affects your order, we will contact you to resolve it or refund the unproduced order.
Production, changes, and refunds
Allow 5–7 business days for production before carrier transit. See our Shipping & Production page for the full timing and delay policy. Contact us immediately if you need a change or cancellation. Once production begins, we cannot generally change, cancel, or accept change-of-mind returns on custom stickers. Defects, incorrect items, and shipping problems are handled under our Refund & Return Policy. These terms do not limit rights you have under applicable law.
Sticker Club
The club price and shipping cost are shown before you join. You are billed at signup and automatically each month on your signup date until canceled. Use your private membership page to open subscription management and cancel before your next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not automatically refund a paid period. Club mailings use an envelope without tracking. Contact support for billing or delivery problems.
