Help us find your order
- Order number and the email address used at checkout.
- A short description of the question or problem.
- For print or delivery issues, photos of the stickers and packaging.
- For artwork questions, your intended sticker size and the original image file.
Please do not send card numbers, passwords, or your private order or subscription management link.
Need to change or cancel an order?
Email us immediately with “Order change” or “Cancel order” and your order number in the subject. We will check whether production has started. Sending a request does not itself cancel the order; we will confirm the outcome by email.
Order status and common questions
Your confirmation email includes a private link to view your order and tracking when available. For Sticker Club billing, address updates, or cancellation, open your private membership page and choose Manage subscription.
