Information we collect
When you order, we collect your name, email, shipping address, optional phone number, sticker selections, uploaded artwork and crop, payment status, and order and shipment details. When you contact us, we receive the information and attachments in your message. Our hosting and payment services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details, and security logs.
How we use it
We use this information to process payments, produce your stickers, ship orders, send order and shipping updates, provide support, manage Sticker Club subscriptions, prevent fraud, and keep business and tax records. Uploading artwork gives us permission to use it to fulfill your order; it does not transfer ownership to us.
Service providers
Stripe processes payments and subscriptions. We receive payment references and status, rather than your full card number. Shippo and shipping carriers receive the details needed to quote, label, and deliver shipments. Our hosting and storage providers store site and order data, including artwork. Google Workspace handles support messages and order emails. These providers process information under their own privacy policies and their arrangements with us.
We do not sell your personal information or use your uploaded artwork in public marketing without your permission. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect customers, our business, or the security of the service.
Cart storage and private links
Your browser stores your cart, including artwork, on your device so it can survive a refresh. Clearing site data or removing items clears that local copy; it does not delete an order already submitted. Authentication and payment services may use cookies or similar technologies to operate securely. Keep order and subscription management links private: anyone with a working private link may be able to view or manage its associated record.
Retention and your requests
We retain order records, artwork, and correspondence as needed for fulfillment, support, disputes, and legal or accounting obligations. We do not promise a fixed automatic deletion period. Email support@stickers.cool to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. We may verify your identity and retain records required for legitimate business or legal purposes.
Security and updates
We limit access to order information to the people and services needed to run the store. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Do not upload sensitive personal information you do not want printed or stored with your order. If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date; material changes will be communicated where required.
