From the first upload to the mail on your doorstep, here’s what goes into your custom stickers.
Start with your logo, illustration, photo, or design. Upload a PNG, JPG, or WebP and see it in the sticker preview.
At least 300 × 300 pixels · Up to 10 MBUse your original, high-resolution file. A screenshot or enlarged image can look sharp on screen and still print blurry.
Choose your sticker type, finish, size, and shape. Open the fine-tune tools to zoom, rotate, and position your artwork.
Your crop is part of your order.Check that important text and details stay inside the sticker edge. The preview shows your layout; printed colors and finish effects may vary.
Pick your quantity and add the design to your cart. Have another idea? Create another sticker and add it to the same order.

A little care with your artwork makes a big difference in the finished sticker.
Need help with a file? Contact usUse a clear image at the size you want to print. We recommend 300 pixels per inch at your final sticker size: a 3-inch square design would be 900 × 900 pixels. Transparent PNGs are useful when you want to keep the background clear. Files must be 40 megapixels or less.
The uploader explains when a file is too small, too large, unsupported, or cannot be opened. Choose a PNG, JPG, or WebP up to 10 MB and at least 300 pixels on each side. Exporting a fresh copy from your design app can help with an unreadable file.
If we identify an unsuitable file, we’ll contact you for a replacement before production. This can change your production timeline. Check your spelling, crop, and image quality before ordering, since those choices are part of your custom design.

Email support@stickers.cool as soon as possible with your order number. Changes or cancellation may be possible before production starts. Custom stickers aren’t eligible for change-of-mind returns once production begins. Read our refund and return policy.
